About Fred
Fred began his full time real estate career in 1986 at the age of 21 and continues to service clients to this day. In the fall of 1994, he began calling sports action for Adelphia cable as a play by play announcer for the local "High School Football Game of the Week". He enjoyed this new opportunity, yet always considering professional play by play work and branching off into professionally speaking to be hobbies rather than new careers. He also became a professional ring announcer in 2005 and has announced boxing matches all over California with his largest show being held at the Forum in Inglewood on HBO in 2015.
Fred worked daily at a solid real estate business now going into it's third decade, when FoxSportsWest offered him a TV contract in 2015 and he began calling action for hundreds of games at the high school and collegiate level including football, basketball, baseball and volleyball.
Fred started his family in 1999 with the birth of his oldest son Jeffrey, followed by Hanah in 2000 and his youngest son, Jack in 2007.
On February 1, 2018, Fred and his wife Jessica tragically suffered the loss of their son Jack. Their 10 year old boy had an asthma attack in their home and never recovered. Jack was a star in the classroom and on the football field. Being the selfless young boy he was, Jack became an organ donor saving 5 lives so far.
On February 1, 2023 five years to the day of losing Jack, Fred launched a new series of speaking engagements appearing before the Mission Viejo Rotary Club, two days later at the Laguna Beach Rotary Club as well as other service organizations over the next several weeks covering the importance of being an organ donor, the history of organ donation and saving lives. It's a powerful message and this speech resonates with all audiences.
