Together we will explore the intersection of mindful awareness practices and personal finance. This will teach participants how to develop a more conscious and intentional relationship with money. The session would begin by introducing the concept of financial mindfulness—bringing non-judgmental awareness to spending habits, emotional triggers around money, and automatic financial behaviors.
It would cover practical techniques like the "pause before purchase" practice, gratitude exercises for current resources, and methods to identify emotional spending patterns. The presentation would emphasize how stress and unconscious habits often drive poor financial decisions, while mindful awareness can create space for more aligned choices.
